Bopinc

We partner with businesses to co-create, test, and refine inclusive solutions. Grounded in low-income market realities. As a not-for-profit foundation with 15 years of experience across Africa and Asia, we help partners - from micro-entrepreneurs to multinationals - succeed in these high-potential markets. Bringing together design, marketing and distribution, we ensure that both the business model and the wider ecosystem support lasting adoption.

Whether it’s solar-powered fridges that keep micro-retailer goods cool, nutritious porridge that energises young children, refill stations that replace single-use sachets, or AI tools that strengthen farmer decisions - we help scale promising ideas.

Our partnerships thrive on clear roles, shared incentives, and rapid feedback loops, making collaboration both effective and enjoyable. Across the journey - from start to scale -we strive for lasting impact: healthier diets, cleaner energy, less waste, and more resilient incomes. Practical progress for people and planet.

What we are looking for:

  • Final-year undergraduate students who have completed all their courses except internship/thesis

  • Preferably studying Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications or any other relevant subject from a reputed university

  • Ambitious to grow with a "can-do" attitude — ready to take initiative and deliver

  • An eye for layout, colour and typography; you notice when something doesn't look quite right

  • Organised with files and folders — you don't save things as "final_FINAL_USE THIS"

  • Fluency in English and Bangla

  • A proactive learner with a genuine interest in social impact and inclusive business

  • Any portfolio, extracurricular design work, or social media content creation experience will add extra value during the selection process.

Key responsibilities

As a Brand and Communications Intern with Bopinc Bangladesh, under team guidance, you will:

  • Design and adapt visual assets for digital and print — including social media posts, presentations, event banners and partner materials

  • Support the organisation and tagging of assets in our digital asset management (DAM) system so they are easy to find and reuse

  • Help maintain and update Bopinc's master templates and branded materials

  • Assist with content and visual updates on the Bopinc website

  • Contribute to campaign and social media content production, including success stories and project updates

  • Capture and lightly edit basic photo and video content for use across channels

  • Apply Bopinc's brand guidelines consistently across formats and audiences — from corporate partner presentations to community-facing materials.

What we offer

  • A unique opportunity to work with a dynamic, global and multidisciplinary team

  • Dedicated mentorship and training to develop your design and communications skills

  • Hands-on experience producing real work for real audiences — including campaigns, partner materials and multi-market content

  • A portfolio of completed work you can actually show

  • Networking opportunities with leading organisations in Bangladesh and beyond.
