Purpose of the assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to provide temporary brand, communications, and design capacity during a maternity leave replacement period and to ensure continuity, quality, and consistency across Bopinc’s internal and external communications outputs.
Objectives of the assignment
Maintain a consistent and recognizable Bopinc brand identity across platforms, channels, and events.
Produce high-quality visual and communication materials for internal
and external use.Translate project content into clear, engaging, and fit-for-purpose visual deliverables.
Support the organisation and maintenance of communication assets
and templates.Strengthen internal communications workflows through the responsible use of AI-enabled tools and process improvements.
Strengthen timely delivery of communication products for organisational and project needs.

Scope of work
Brand and internal communications
Develop and adapt visual assets for digital and print communications.
Prepare campaign, social media, and website visuals in line with approved briefs and formats.
Produce event and social media materials, including banners, slides,
and posts.Maintain master templates, visual styles, and branded communication materials.
Develop and apply AI tools, with human oversight, to enhance internal communications workflows and team efficiency.
Organise, tag, and archive assets within the digital asset management system.
Update content and communication assets within the content management system.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, briefs, and co-branding requirements.
Project design and client deliverables
Convert reports, datasets, process flows, and research outputs into clear
visual deliverables.Design and adapt reports, presentations, infographics, and related
project materials.Produce print and digital communication assets for project events and partner engagements.
Apply client and partner brand requirements across project deliverables.
Coordinate with project teams across multiple markets to clarify briefs and deliver outputs on time.
Photo, video and production
Capture and edit photo and video content for organizational and project use.
Produce short-form video, AI-assisted visual content, and digital content for relevant communication channels.
Adapt content specifications to suit different digital platforms and use cases.
Liaise with suppliers, including printers, designers, and production partners, to ensure timely delivery.
Apply accessibility, consent, and privacy standards in the creation, storage, and use of communication assets.

Expected deliverables
Branded digital and print communication materials produced in line with approved briefs.
Campaign, website, event, and social media assets delivered in required formats.
Designed project outputs, including presentations, reports, and infographics.
Updated and maintained communication templates and visual styles.
Organised and searchable assets maintained within the digital asset management system.
Photo and video content produced and edited for internal and external communication use.
Reporting and coordination
The Specialist will report to the Country Director.
The Specialist will work in functional alignment with the Head of Brand and Communications, based in the Netherlands.
The Specialist will coordinate closely with internal teams, project teams, and external suppliers, as required.

Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in brand, design, or communications roles.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video production tools.
Experience identifying and applying AI-enabled tools to improve internal workflows, content production, and team efficiency, with appropriate human oversight.
Demonstrated experience in visual design for both digital and print formats.
Experience producing infographics, reports, presentations, and other visual communication materials.
Experience working across multiple brands or client accounts, including application of brand systems and co-branding requirements.
Proficiency in collaborative software, in particular GSuite and Canva.
Proficiency in photography and video editing, including adapting content for different digital channels.
Experience managing content and assets in CMS/shared digital systems, ensuring clear naming, tagging, and organisation.
Ability to use basic analytics tools, dashboards, and performance reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadline.
